Mrs. janice majich / Physical Education and Health Teacher

Mrs. Majich is a certified and highly experienced Physical Education teacher. She previously taught at Our Lady of Peace School where she taught Kindergarten through 8th grade Physical Education and 5th and 6th grade Science. Mrs. Majich has also taught at St. Scholastica in Woodridge and Marillac High School in Northfield. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from George Williams College of Aurora University. Mrs. Majich lives in Darien with her husband, Terry, and they have five children. Playing competitive volleyball is her passion. She is excited that her classes are back in the gym and is looking forward to seeing all her students having fun while learning gym activities.
Mrs. Julie Potts / Athletic Director and preschool instructional assistant

This is Mrs. Potts sixth year as St. Isaac’s Athletic Director. She is responsible for the 5th – 8th interscholastic athletics. She is not foreign to St. Isaac’s, as she herself is a graduate along with both of her children. Mrs. Potts resides in Burr Ridge with her husband, Dana. Her greatest reward is to be around the children, watching them grow and learn.
Mr. Harreson Sloier/Physical Education and Health teacher

Mr. Sloier graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education. Since graduating, Mr. Sloier has gained teaching experience at Brook Forest Elementary and Lincoln Elementary as a long term substitute and a full time physical educator respectively. Mr. Sloier grew up in Downers Grove and Woodridge. He now resides in Westmont. Mr. Sloier is looking forward to an exciting and fun year at St. Isaac Jogues School!
